The H.A.R.D. Mission
High Altitude Roller Derby is dedicated to sustaining roller derby in Flagstaff by promoting athleticism, empowerment, sportsmanship, and integrity among our members and the broader community. Through our charitable donations, volunteer efforts, and meaningful engagement, we aim to make a lasting positive impact on all we encounter.

Values
HARD is a group of strong motivated individuals who train hard, respect teammates, and love roller derby. We embrace participants of all backgrounds, identities, and skill levels by cultivating a supportive environment where everyone can grow and thrive through teamwork and personal development. We are proud to represent the roller derby athletes of Flagstaff to the State of Arizona, the United States of America, and the World.
We invite anyone from all walks of life and all identities to join our Women’s Flat Track Derby Association league on and off the track.
Our Partner Charity
Every year, H.A.R.D. partners with a local charitable group to uplift and support our town. Through donations, fundraisers and volunteering, we hope to commit ourselves to providing Flagstaff with our time and efforts towards a meaningful sense of community.
At Hope Cottage, we provide safe shelter, warm meals, showers, clothing, Case Management and a whole lot of love. Our focus is on healing recovery for single women and moms with children who are coming from desperate situations or homelessness. We are a sober, faith based facility and our services have always been free of charge. We do offer a voluntary long-term faith based New Life Foundations Program.
As our charity of choice this year, H.A.R.D. will donate $1 of all ticket sales at home bouts to Hope Cottage. At our December charity bout H.A.R.D. will donate all ticket sale proceeds to Hope Cottage.
